摘要 论文介绍了核电管道振动情况,核电主要的主蒸汽管道、蒸汽旁路管道振动曾经造成疏水袋上测量信号不准、低压给水管道振动造成泵入口过滤器支撑断裂,一级再热紧急疏水管道振动造成整根管道并连带疏水箱一起振动,高加紧急疏水管线水锤振动造成支架断裂,并阐述了管道振动原因、危害及管道振动治理的常用方法步骤。 The paper introduces the vibration of nuclear power pipeline. The main steam pipe and steam bypass pipe vibration in the nuclear power plant once caused the inaccurate upper measurement signal of the hydrophobic bag, and the vibration of the low pressure water supply pipe caused the fracture of the pump inlet filter. The vibration of the first grade reheat emergency drain pipe causes the whole pipe to vibrate together with the drain water tank. The water hammer vibration of the highly emergency drain line caused the fracture of the support. The causes and hazards of pipeline vibration and the common methods and steps of pipeline vibration treatment are introduced in this paper.
