摘要
论文针对某厂一起由保安电源进线开关双位继电器引起的保安段运行异常及相关改造案例进行分析,从事件经过、情况分析、暴露问题、采取措施、改造效果逐步推进,详细说明了此次异常的核心问题所在以及改造过程与改造效果。针对两种不同的继电器,通过试验,以具体数据进行比较,最终得出电磁式继电器更适合保安进线开关的结论,同时针对电气元件的选型问题进行思考。
The paper analyzes the abnormal operation of the security section caused by the two position relay of the inlet line switch of the security power supply in a certain factory, and the related reconstruction cases. The core problems of this anomaly and the transformation process and effect are explained in detail from the incident passing, situation analysis, exposure of problems, the measures taken, transformation effect. In view of the two different relays, the concrete data are compared through experiment. Finally, the conclusion that the electromagnetic relay is more suitable for the safety wire inlet line switch is concluded, and the selection of electrical components is considered at the same time.
