摘要
基于哈尔滨市××社区卫生服务中心临终关怀病房收集的疾病叙事个案,运用参与观察、深度访谈等方法,呈现两位晚期癌症患者的疾病叙事,分析他们所面临的生存困境,并对知情同意和生命价值等生命伦理学问题进行反思。
Based on the disease narrative cases collected in hospice ward at × × community health service center in Harbin,this paper used the methods of participant observation and in-depth interview to present the disease narratives of two terminal cancer patients,analyzed their survival predicament,and reflected on the bioethical issues of informed consent and life value.
