医学高新技术条件下的医患信任问题研究

Research on the Doctor-patient Trust under the Medical High-tech Condition

通过分析医学高新技术条件下医患信任的现状,提出影响医患信任的高新技术原因,主要是医学高新技术的前沿性、局限性、"贵族性"和"非人性"等特征与患者医学知识欠缺、期望值过高、支付能力有限、人文需求增加等存在矛盾。建议通过加强医患沟通、合理选用技术、注重人文关怀、推行患者教育等途径,促进医患信任修复。

This paper analyzed the current situation of doctor-patient trust under the medical high-tech condition,and put forward the high-tech factors that affected doctor-patient trust,which mainly was that the advance,the limitation,＂aristocracy＂and ＂inhumanity＂of medical high-tech existed contradictions with the lack of medical knowledge,high expectations,limited payment ability and the increase of human needs of patients. It is suggested that we should promote the rehabilitation of doctor-patient trust through the ways of strengthening communication between doctors and patients,rationally selecting technology,paying attention to humanistic care and implementing patient education.
