高职本科衔接机械设计制造及其自动化专业的岗位职业能力分析

An Analysis of Student Professional Ability in Joint Educational Program Between Higher Vocational Institutions and Universities: A Case in the Major of Mechanical Design and Manufacture & Automation

高本衔接进行高素质技术技能人才协同培养是构建现代职业教育体系、产业转型升级与职业教育发展的现实需要。通过对机械制造企业进行问卷调研,分析企业对本科和高职毕业生的职业岗位需求,以及企业对毕业生所需具备的职业能力和职业素养要求,为进行高职本科协同育人一体化教学标准研制、确定分学段人才培养目标定位和核心职业能力奠定重要基础。

Joint program between higher vocational colleges and universities in collaborative cultivating high quality technical talents is a necessity for constructing modern vocational education system, industry transformation and upgrading, and developing vocational education. Based on the questionnaire survey with mechanical manufacturing enterprises, the present study analyzes the positional needs for graduates universities and vocational colleges, focusing on the occupational competency and quality need for their future work. The results of the study provides important guide for setting teaching objectives and talent training goals in related colleges and universities for the joint program.
