本文介绍了美军(驻守部队)平时医疗健康信息管理系统的组成以及8个子系统的功能特点,阐述了为实现军人电子健康档案的无缝链接,该系统所进行的与外部数据库资源的整合和信息共享,提出了我军卫生信息系统建设应注重一体化协同保障与互通互联的建议。

This paper introduces the composition of US defense （garrison force） health information management system,as well as the function of the eight subsystems of this system in peacetime. Integration and information-sharing of the system with external database resources for the seamless connection of US armymen＇s electronic health files are explained,thus some suggestions on the development of the PLA medical information system are put forward,which would be based on US army＇s experience,to focus on integrated and seamless data sharing and interoperability of healthy information systems.
