摘要
目的对昂丹西酮鼻腔原位凝胶的基质进行优选,为研究昂丹西酮鼻用制剂奠定基础。方法分别选用泊洛沙姆407(P407)、泊洛沙姆188(P188)、卡波姆934、甘油为基质,以鼻腔温度35℃为试验温度,检测凝胶温度,筛选出最佳基质组成。结果优化的最佳处方组成为P407浓度为18%、P188浓度为5%、卡波姆浓度为0.5%、甘油浓度为10%,此基质在鼻腔温度下可以迅速发生胶凝。结论该处方选择P407-P188-卡波姆-甘油为昂丹西酮鼻腔原位凝胶的基质。
Objective To screen the best base for ondanseteron in nasal in situ gel (ISG) to lay foundation for the development of ondanseteron. Methods Poloxamer407 (P407),poloxamer188 (P188), Carbomer934 and glycerol were selected as screening base,With the temperature of 35 C as the test temperature, the gelation temperature was detected and the best matrix composition was screened,which can be rapidly gelatinizated at the temperature of the nasal cavity. Results The best optimized prescription composition of P407 concentration was 18%,P188 concentration is 5%,Carbomer concentration was 0.5%,glycerol concentration was 10%. Concluusion P407-P188-Carbomer934-glycerol can be used as the base for ondanseteron nasal in situ gel.
