品管圈活动降低肿瘤科病历书写缺陷率的应用效果

Efficacy of quality control circle activities on reduction of imperfection rate in writing medical record of tumor patients

目的探讨品管圈管理方法在降低肿瘤病历书写缺陷率中的应用效果。方法用"品管圈"工作模式,降低肿瘤病历书写缺陷率,以期提高肿瘤病历书写的规范化管理水平。结果肿瘤病历书写缺陷率由实施品管圈活动前的8.45%降至2.75%,小于活动改善目标值3.36%,活动取得了良好的效果。结论开展品管圈活动,有效降低了肿瘤病历书写缺陷率,提高了肿瘤病历书写的及时准确和规范化水平,达到保证医疗质量和医疗安全的目的。

Objective To explore the effect of quality management method in reducing the defect rate of medical records on tumor patients. Methods The working mode of ＂quality management circle＂ was taken for reducing the rate of defect in writing the medical records,so as to improve the standardized management of writing med. record on tumor. Results The defect rate decreased from 8.45 per cent before the operation of the quality management ring to 2.75 per cent,which was less than the activity improvement target of 3.36 per cent. The campaign has produced good results. Conclusion The development of the quality management circle has effectively reduced the defect rate in the writing oncological medical records,improved the timely,accurate and standardized level of writing of oncological calendars,and served the purpose of ensuring medical quality and medical safety.
