氧化应激在百草枯致急性肺损伤中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 百草枯(PQ),是一种非选择性的除草剂。在过去几十年,PQ为世界范围内应用最为广泛的除草剂之一。在一些亚洲国家特别是中国,PQ中毒是一个严重的公共卫生问题,服用PQ自杀或意外中毒的发生率最近几年呈现显著增加的趋势。PQ中毒可以引起多器官功能衰竭,在人和啮齿类动物中急性肺损伤(ALI)表现得更为突出。目前对于PQ通过氧化还原循环的性质来发挥其毒性机制已经形成共识。本文对近年来氧化应激在PQ致ALI中作用机制的研究进展进行总结。 Paraquat(PQ) is a non-selective herbicide that has been widely used worldwide over the past several decades.PQ represents a significant health hazard and the number of PQ poisoning cases involving PQ suicide or accidental exposure to PQ has increased in Asia,especially in China.PQ exposure can cause multiple organ failure,especially acute lung injury(ALI) in humans and rodent animals.At present,consensus has been reached on the toxic mechanism of PQ due to the nature of its redox cycle.Here is to make a review of the recent progress in the mechanism of oxidative stress in ALI caused by PQ.
