下肢浅静脉曲张的腔内治疗进展

Progress in Endoluminal Treatment of Superficial Varicosis of Lower Limbs

近年来,下肢浅静脉曲张的发病率不断升高,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着技术的发展,传统手术方式逐渐被操作简单、安全有效、微创且兼具美容效果的腔内治疗方式替代,成为临床治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的首选。目前,常用的腔内治疗方式包括激光闭合术、硬化疗法、射频消融术、Tri Vex微创旋切术等,均可获得较好的临床疗效。但临床应用时,各种腔内治疗方法均存在一定的不足,需根据静脉曲张患者的病情,选择合适的治疗方式,甚至采用多种方式联合应用,以达到安全、微创、简单、美容的目的。由于没有一种治疗方法能完全代替另外一种治疗方法,故未来多种治疗方法联合应用将成为治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的趋势。

In recent years,the incidence of superficial varicosis of lower limbs is increasing,which has an adverse impact on the quality of life of the patients.With the development of technology,traditional surgery has been gradually replaced by a simple,safe and effective minimally invasive endoluminal treatment with cosmetic effects,which become the first choice for clinical treatment of superficial varicosis of lower limbs.At present,the commonly used endoluminal treatment methods include laser closure,sclerotherapy radiofrequency ablation,Tri Vex minimally invasive atherectomy,and so on,which all have good clinical efficacy.But in clinical application,all kinds of endoluminal treatment methods have some shortcomings.It is necessary to choose appropriate treatment methods according to the condition of the patients,and even use multiple ways to achieve the purpose of safety,minimally invasive,simple and cosmetology.Since none of the treatments can completely replace the other,the combination of multiple treatments will be a trend in the future.
