摘要 钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白(SGLT)是一类在肾脏近曲小管中发现的葡萄糖转运家族,它可参与肾脏葡萄糖的重吸收,是近几年治疗糖尿病的新靶点。针对此靶点研制出的选择性SGLT2抑制剂是一种新型口服降糖药物,通过增加尿糖的排泄,达到降低血糖的目的。目前大量研究证实,SGLT2抑制剂与其他降糖药物联合使用也可达到更好的血糖控制,同时还具有降压、调脂、减重、降尿酸等多重获益疗效,打破了对2型糖尿病患者综合管理的困局。 Sodium-glucose co-transporter(SGLT) is a class of glucose transport family discovered in renal proximal tubules,which can participate in the kidney reabsorption of glucose,and is a new target in recent years for the treatment of diabetes.According to the target of selective SGLT2 inhibitor developed is a kind of new oral medicine that can reduce hyperglycemia,by increasing urine excretion,achieves the function of reducing blood sugar.At present,a number of studies have demonstrated that combined use of SGLT2 inhibitors and other drugs not only can achieve better glycemic control,but also has multiple beneficial effects such as the anti-hypertensive,regulating lipid,lowering uric acid,and reducing weight,which breaks predicament of comprehensive management on type 2 diabetes mellitus.
