无烟煤吸附气体特征分析

摘要 针对气体在无烟煤上的吸附特征问题,借助SPSS18.0平台,采用数学模拟的方法对Langmuir、LF、BET、T-BET、D-R、D-A等6个吸附模型进行无烟煤吸附试验数据拟合,结果表明:氧气与甲烷的吸附机理不一样,氧气以单分子层吸附为主,而甲烷以多分子层吸附为主;Langmuir吸附模型对氧气的拟合精度最高,D-A吸附模型对甲烷的拟合精度最高;在精度要求不高的条件下,可采用Langmuir吸附模型对不同气体的吸附数据进行分析。 Research the adsorption characteristics of gas on anthracite,six adsorption models i. e. Langmuir、L-F、BET、T-BET、D-R and D-A were selected to fit the experimental data of anthracite adsorption on SPSS 18. 0 platform. The results show that: The adsorption mechanism of oxygen and methane is different. Oxygen is mainly adsorbed by monolayer,while methane is mainly adsorbed by multi-layer; The Langmuir model has the best effect on oxygen fitting,and the D-A model has the best effect on methane fitting;The Langmuir model can be used to meet the adsorption data analysis of different gases under less demanding conditions.
