According to the practice of port traffic safety management,the design principle,technical route,system structure,system composition and function description of the system design of the radar speed measuring system are summarized. The system composition of the design of the front terminal system,the layout of the field,the principle of the configuration of the hardware equipment,the selection of the main equipment and the post terminal system are set up. The storage requirements,equipment selection,picture storage design,and system characteristics are described.
