铁路站车生活垃圾热解气化技术研究评析 被引量:3

摘要 我国铁路快速发展中面临着站车生活垃圾处置处理水平低和资源化利用滞后等问题。针对中小型垃圾资源化处理热解气化技术,从原理、影响因素、污染物控制及关键点等方面进行研究评析。首先,探讨气化媒介对垃圾热解气化特性的影响、催化剂特性对垃圾热解性能和焦油产生的影响、垃圾含水率对热解特性的影响,以及热解气化时污染物产生的途径及其控制手段等。其次,针对我国铁路站车生活垃圾特点,归纳了适合铁路生活垃圾的具体热解气化技术及其存在的问题,提出了该技术研究应用中的关键点,为我国铁路站车生活垃圾资源化处理提供技术支撑和理论依据。 With the rapid development of China railway presently,we are facing the problems of low treatment level of railway domestic waste and the lag of resource utilization. Aiming at the pyrolysis and gasification technology of medium-sized and small-sized garbage resource treatment,the research and evaluation were carried out from the aspects of principle,influencing factors,pollutant control and key points. Firstly,the gasification medium impact on pyrolysis gasification characteristics,the effect of catalyst on pyrolysis characteristics and tar performance,the influence of moisure content of garbage on pyrolysis characteristics,the ways to produce pollutants during pyrolysis and gasification and their control methods are discussed.Secondly,according to the China railway domestic waste characteristics, the pyrolysis gasification technology suitable for railway waste disposal and the existing problems were summarized. The key points of the technology research and application were put forward. This will provide theoretical and technical support for the recycling treatment of China railway domestic wastes.
