随着全路职工健康行动计划的推进,为进一步落实"三个健康"战略应将健康教育贯穿于职工健康体检全过程。探讨通过在体检前开展宣讲培训、发放宣传资料、进行体检咨询;体检中进行健康咨询、健康宣传、心理疏导、临床指导;体检后采取不同的健康教育策略,以有效提高职工对健康知识、疾病预防的了解,增强自我保健意识,达到保障职工身心健康的目的。
