《先秦符号思想研究》以阐发先秦典籍文化中蕴藏的符号学思想为本,在对先秦符号思想的系统总结上具有开创之功。礼乐文化符号系统作为本书的行文路径和线索,在生成和构建过程中,虽诸子各家的文化立场不一,但无一例外落脚点都在现实关切上。以该书为谈论基础,笔者更想强调的是人类的元符号能力,只有拥有了元符号能力,才能在中国传统文化研究中保持远眺并自省的态度。

The study on the Semiotic Thoughts of In Pre-Qin Philosophyaims to elucidate the semiotic ideas contained in the culture of pre-Qin classics.It is a pioneering work in the systematic summary of the semiotic thoughts of pre-Qin Dynasty.As the writing path and clue of this book,the semiotic system of propriety and music culture has been paid attention from different cultural standpoints,but all of which are concerned about reality.With this book as the basis,the author emphasizes the meta-symbol ability of the human beings.And only by possessing the meta-symbol ability can we keep a long-sighted and introspective attitude in the study of Chinese traditional culture.
