摘要
文章主要对国内某矿用车驱动桥桥壳在设计工况下的可靠性进行有限元分析,并结合售后故障对该驱动桥壳进行结构优化。采用非线性静力有限元方法,考虑加工与铸造工艺,对桥壳进行多轮结构优化后,桥壳结构最大应力明显下降,从而降低了桥壳售后故障率,有效的提高了整桥可靠性。
Finite element analysis was performed on the reliability under design conditions of a mining drive axle housing, and structural optimization was performed with the after-sale fault. Using nonlinear static finite element method, structure optimization of the Mining Axle Housing were performed with the machining and casting process. After the structural optimization design, the maximum stress and the failure rate of the axle housing are significantly reduced, and the reliability of the axle is effectively improved.
