摘要
在汽车发动机舱盖概念设计阶段,通过SFE Concept隐式参数化建模软件搭建发动机舱盖的参数化模型。以发动机舱盖内板纵梁位置和内板厚度为设计变量,联合Isight建立发动机舱盖的模态,质量和弯曲刚度自动化分析流程。通过分析计算得到发动机舱盖设计变量组合样本的结果并建立发动机舱盖模态,质量和弯曲刚度的近似模型,采用Pointer算法对模型进行优化计算,在保证发动机舱盖模态,弯曲刚度满足设计目标的前提下得到发动机舱盖轻量化设计方案,舱盖重量在原有基础上下降了3.2%。
Build engine hood parametric model through SFE Concept implicit modeling software at the engine hood conceptual design stage. Taking the longitudinal beam location and the inner cover plate thickness of the engine hood as design variables, combine Isight to build automatic analysis process of engine hood modal, mass and bending stiffness. Through the process to get the result of the hood design variables’ composite samples, which is used to build the approximation models of the engine hood modal, mass and bending stiffness. Optimizing the model by algorithm of Pointer, obtain the lightweight design project on the premise of meeting the demand of engine hood modal and bending stiffness, the hood weight fell by 3.2 percent on the original basis.
