摘要
文章以DAE原有1.5L增压发动机为例,介绍了如何在传统内燃机上进行48V混动系统开发、48V的系统功能及通过48V系统来提升动力系统经济性的原理。最终通过台架试验测得节油率。结果符合预期的经济性要求。
This paper use DAE’s 1.5 litre turbocharged engine for example, which introduce how to develop 48V hybrid system in traditional internal combustion engine, the function of the system and how the system improves the economic model of the powertrain. Finally, we measured the oil saving rate by the bench experiment and the results met the expected economic requirements.
