摘要
汽车钢板弹簧是重要的高负荷安全部件。实际工作中,钢板弹簧同时存在大变形、预应力和各叶片间的接触等多种非线性响应。传统的设计计算方法,是基于材料力学线性梁理论,设计计算中进行了过多的简化,不能确切地反映其力学本质。在实践上,汽车钢板弹簧也确实常常发生一些传统的设计计算方法不能解释的问题。因此汽车界迫切需求对钢板弹簧精益设计。文章提出应用ABAQUS技术对汽车钢板弹簧进行精益设计方法,在分析过程中精确模拟板簧的夹紧,承载过程及大变形工作时各片的应力响应,各片间的接触压力等,从而可以实现钢板弹簧的精益设计。
It is important high load security assembly of automobile leaf-spring. In practical operation, the leaf spring subsist various nonlinear response of large deformation, prestress and contacting.The conventional software is based on the strength of materials linearity beam theory, which unable to reflect such mechanics essence exactly, because there are plethoric predigestion in the design calculation. Practically, there are many inexplicable problem that can not explain by conventional software. So the exactly design method was in demand by motor-dom. This articletext produce he exactly design method of abaqus technology, which simulate the work of leaf spring as a result of the exactly design method.
