摘要
文章在分析了传统检测方式塞板在片齿轮单键键宽测量方面的不足,并设计了新型的键宽气动量仪,通过对该气动量仪的结构设计、量仪浮标选择、使用方法的介绍,达到更高的检测精度,并且实现了可视化测量,为后续工作的开展奠定了基准。
In this paper, the shortcomings of traditional testing method in measuring the key width of sheet gear single key are analyzed, and a new type of key width pneumatic meter is designed. By introducing the structure design of the pneumatic meter, the selection of the measuring buoy and the method of using the pneumatic meter, the higher detection precision is achieved, and the visual measurement is realized, which is the follow-up work. The development has laid the benchmark.
