二十一世纪初叶,我国柴油机产业迎来了技术革新的新时代,车用柴油机率先采用了涡轮增压技术,由于其出色的综合性能和较低的控制成本,涡轮增压器已全面应用到车用、非道路、船电设备等各种用途的柴油机之中。发动机工作时,增压器涡轴的转速达到每分钟10万转以上,涡轮端温度也会超过500℃,在如此恶劣的环境下,要想增压器长期保持良好的工作状态,具备正确的使用方法和良好的养护习惯显得十分重要。

It is used in diesel engines for various applications such as vehicles, non-roads, and ship electric equipment. When the engine is working, the supercharger vortex shaft rotates at a speed of more than 100,000 revolutions per minute, and the turbine end temperature also exceeds 500°C. In such a harsh environment, it is necessary for the supercharger to maintain a good working condition for a long period of time. Use methods and good maintenance habits are very important.
