浅析不良用车习惯对涡轮增压器的影响

摘要 二十一世纪初叶,我国柴油机产业迎来了技术革新的新时代,车用柴油机率先采用了涡轮增压技术,由于其出色的综合性能和较低的控制成本,涡轮增压器已全面应用到车用、非道路、船电设备等各种用途的柴油机之中。发动机工作时,增压器涡轴的转速达到每分钟10万转以上,涡轮端温度也会超过500℃,在如此恶劣的环境下,要想增压器长期保持良好的工作状态,具备正确的使用方法和良好的养护习惯显得十分重要。 At the beginning of the 21st century, China’s diesel engine industry has ushered in a new era of technological innovation. Vehicle diesel engines have taken the lead in adopting turbocharger technology. Due to its excellent overall performance and lower control costs, turbochargers have been fully applied. It is used in diesel engines for various applications such as vehicles, non-roads, and ship electric equipment. When the engine is working, the supercharger vortex shaft rotates at a speed of more than 100,000 revolutions per minute, and the turbine end temperature also exceeds 500°C. In such a harsh environment, it is necessary for the supercharger to maintain a good working condition for a long period of time. Use methods and good maintenance habits are very important.
