摘要
职业高等教育的培养目标是要培养技能型人才。高职教育大众化的背景下,不断加强教学模式改革是提升学生就业能力、提高学生质量、实现技能人才培养的关键。为此,以人力资源管理专业为对象,通过对岗位工作内容以及岗位工作环境的研究,提出人力资源管理人员的岗位工作要素,确定人力资源管理人员工作的构成要素,最后根据岗位工作要素特征从专业教学理念、专业分类管理、工作要素整合等几个方面提出人力资源管理专业教学模式改革的具体设想。
The goal of vocational higher education is to train skilled talents. Under the background of higher vocational education becoming more popular, strengthening the reform of teaching mode is the key to enhance the students' employability, to improve the quality of students and to realize the cultivation of skilled personnel. Therefore, taking the specialty of human resources management as the object, studying the post work content and the post work environment, putting forward the post work elements of the junior human resources management personnel, and determining the constituent elements of the junior human resources management personnel's work. Finally, according to the characteristics of the post work elements, putting forward the concrete vision about the reform of the teaching mode of the human resources management specialty from several aspects, such as the professional teaching concept, the professional classified management, the integration of the work elements, and so on.
