摘要
目的探讨延续性护理对异体造血干细胞移植患者用药依从性的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2017年8月我院收治的异体造血干细胞移植患者86例,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上采用延续性护理,观察两组患者的用药依从性及护理满意度。结果研究组患者依从性及护理满意度优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论异体造血干细胞移植治疗过程中,延续性护理的临床效果优于常规护理,应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on medication compliance in patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods To select 86 cases of patients with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 as research subjects, and they were divided into control group and study group randomly. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the study group received continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were observed. Results Patient compliance and nursing satisfaction in the study group were superior to those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of continuous nursing is superior to routine nursing in the treatment of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
