综合康复护理干预在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with dysphagia after stroke

目的探讨综合康复护理干预在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1—12月我院康复科脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者70例为研究对象,随机将其等分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组在对照组的基础上实施综合康复护理干预。比较两组患者生活质量变化。结果干预后1个月,试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论综合康复护理干预有助于改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods To select 70 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke who recovered in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as study subjects, and they were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while patients in the experimental group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions based on the treatment of control group. The quality of life of the two groups was compared. Results One month after the intervention, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
