PDCA护理对肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管并发症与护理质量的影响

Effect of PDCA nursing on PICC catheterization complications and quality of care in patients of cancer chemotherapy

目的探讨肿瘤化疗行PICC置管患者采用PDCA护理模式对患者并发症及护理质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年3月至2017年3月肿瘤PICC置管患者共计105例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组53例与观察组52例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用PDCA循环护理,比较两组患者PICC置管并发症、留置时间、PICC导管维护效果、PICC对日常生活影响及护理满意度评分。结果观察组置管并发症发生例数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组PICC留置时间、导管维护效果、护理满意度评分、日常生活的影响评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对于肿瘤PICC置管患者,采用PDCA护理模式可有效减少患者置管并发症,提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA nursing on PICC catheterization complications and quality of care in patients of cancer chemotherapy. Methods A total of 105 tumor patients with PICC catheterization from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were chosen the object of study. They were randomly divided into a control group of 53 patients and an observation group of 52 patients. The control group received a routine nursing. The observation group received additionally a PDCA cycle nursing, the two group＇s score of PICC catheterization complications, indwelling time, PICC catheter maintenance, PICC＇s influence on daily life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The number of catheterization complications occurred in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. The PICC indwelling time, catheter maintenance , nursing satisfaction score, and daily life influence score were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with tumor PICC catheterization, application of PDCA nursing mode can effectively reduce the complications related to catheterization and improve the nursing quality.
