摘要
目的探讨多发性骨髓瘤患者采取集束化护理对患者疼痛的影响。方法选取我院2016年1—12月收治多发性骨髓瘤患者33例作为对照组,2017年1月我院开展集束化疼痛护理干预,将2017年1—12月收治34例多发性骨髓瘤患者为观察组,比较两组患者干预前后数字评定量表(NRS)评分、疼痛护理效果及生活质量评分。结果入院时,两组患者NRS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后,观察组患者NRS评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组护理效果明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者采取集束化疼痛护理干预,可有效降低患者疼痛程度,临床效果理想。
Objective To explore the influence of cluster nursing on patients with multiple myeloma. Methods A total of 33 cases of patients with multiple myeloma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group. In January 2017, cluster pain nursing intervention was conducted in our hospital. A total of 34 cases of patients with multiple myeloma admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group. The number rating scale（NRS）scores, pain nursing effects and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results At the time of admission, there was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. After the intervention, the NRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying clustering pain nursing intervention on patients with multiple myeloma can reduce the pain level of patients effectively. The clinical effect is very impressive.
