摘要 目的探讨图文式联合回馈教育对肝癌经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)患者希望水平与应对方式的影响。方法选取2017年1-12月158例肝癌TACE手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取图文式联合回馈教育,2周后比较两组患者的希望水平、应对方式和满意度。结果干预前两组患者的希望水平评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预2周后观察组希望水平评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预前两组患者的面对、回避和屈服3个维度评分比较无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);干预2周后,观察组患者的面对维度评分高于对照组,回避和屈服维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预2周后,观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论图文式联合回馈教育能够提高患者的希望水平,鼓励患者积极应对,显著提高患者对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of image-text united feedback education on the hope level and coping style of patients with liver cancer transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE). Methods To select 158 cases of surgical patients with liver cancer TACE from January to December in 2017 as the object of study. Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. The control group received a routine nursing care, and the observation group additionally received a image-text united feedback education. 2 weeks later, the hope level, coping style and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the score of hope level between the two groups before intervention( P 〉0.05). After 2 weeks of intervention, the score of level of hope of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the score of three dimensions, confronting, avoidance and surrender between the two groups of patient before intervention( P 〉0.05). After 2 weeks of intervention, the patients in the observation group had a higher score of confronting dimension than the ones in the control group, and their score of avoidance and surrender dimension were both lower than that of the ones in the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.05). After 2 weeks of intervention, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Image-text united feedback education can improve the patient's hope level ,encourage them to respond positively,and improve the patient's satisfaction with care.
