摘要 传统的航空摄影测量主要对地物的顶部进行量测,而对地形地物侧面信息的感知具有局限性,于是倾斜摄影测量成为近年来国际上快速发展的一项新技术。倾斜摄影测量不仅能真实地反映地物情况,而且可通过先进的定位技术嵌入精确的地理信息,提高三维城市模型的精度和建模速度,大幅降低三维城市建模成本,使数据更具时效性,拥有更好的用户体验。本文提出一种半自动城市三维单体模型提取的方法,并采用Leica RCD30数据对该方法及其实现过程进行验证。 The traditional aerial photogrammetry mainly measured the top of the ground objects, while the perception of the side information of the terrain is limited, so the tilt photogrammetry has become a new technology which has de- veloped rapidly in the world in recent years. The tilt photogrammetry can not only reflect the real situation, but also can embed accurate geographic information through advanced positioning technology, improve the precision and speed of modeling of the 3I) city model, greatly reduce the cost of 3I) city modeling, make the data more timeliness, and have a higher user experience. In this paper, a semi-automatic method for extracting 3D urban monomer model was proposed, and the method and its implementation process were verified by Leiea RCd30 data.
