拱顶式油罐总传热系数的分析计算

摘要 本文通过分析拱顶式油罐的传热,对拱顶式油罐罐顶、罐壁、罐底进行传热计算,得出拱顶式油罐总传热系数的计算公式,并通过VB语言编制拱顶式油罐总传热系数的计算软件,然后通过实例分析环境温度、装满系数、风速变化和容积变化对总传热系数曲线的影响,总结出影响拱顶式油罐总传热系数的敏感因素。 In this paper, the heat transfer of vaulted tank was analyzed, and the heat transfer calculation of vaulted tank roof, tank wall and tank bottom was carried out. The formulas for calculating the total heat transfer coefficient of vaulted tank were obtained. The software for calculating the total heat transfer coefficient of vaulted tank was pro- grammed by VB language, and then the environmental temperature, the filling coefficient, the variation of wind speed and the total heat transfer coefficient were analyzed by an example. The influence of volume change on the total heat transfer coefficient curve was summarized, and the sensitive factors affecting the total heat transfer coefficient of vaulted tank were summarized.
