摘要 火电厂循环冷却水量约占总用水量的70%-80%,循环水中投加阻垢剂可以提高浓缩倍率,减少排污量,达到节能降耗的目的。本文重点介绍了几种常用的阻垢剂性能评估方法以及试验过程中的注意事项,以确保横向或纵向评估的准确性。 The circulating cooling water of the thermal power plant accounts for about 70% - 80% of the total water consumption, and the addition of scale inhibitor in the circulating water can increase the concentration ratio, reduce the amount of sewage and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. This paper focused on several commonly used scale inhibitors performance evaluation methods and points for attention during the test process to ensure the accuracy of lateral or longitudinal assessment.
