电机11OSJT-前端盖车削夹具改进设计与调试

摘要 对于11OSJT-前端盖的尺寸、形位精度较高且定位较难,属大批量生产。本文设计了一套自动化的工装,利用液压卡盘、定位工装和压盘组合定位,使加工该零件时既能保证精准定位和装夹,又能提高零件加工精度,同时提高生产效益,降低劳动强度。 For the high precision and difficult position accuracy of the 11OSJT- front cover, a set of automatic tooling was designed, using the hydraulie ehuek, positioning tooling and pressure plate eombined positioning, so that the parts eould not only ensure aeeurate positioning and elamping, but also improved the maehining aeeuraey of parts, improved produetion efficiency and redueed labor intensity.
