摘要
在对某化肥厂的一台35t电站锅炉进行内部检验的过程中,经磁粉检测发现该锅炉上下锅筒的水冷壁管、对流管和下降管出现了大量的管端裂纹,存在严重的不安全隐患。基于此,本文通过对锅炉出现管端裂纹现象的分析,从结构和运行上阐述了锅炉发生管端裂纹的原因及危害,并提出了几项预防和改进措施。
In the internal inspection process of a 35t power plant boiler in a chemical fertilizer plant, it was found that a large number of pipe end cracks appeared in the water cooled wall tube, convective tube and descending pipe in the boiler tube and the lower boiler tube, and there were serious unsafe hidden dangers. Based on this, this paper through the analysis of the cracks in the tube end of the boiler, the cause and harm of the crack in the tube end of the boiler were expounded from the structure and operation, and several prevention and improvement measures were put forward.
