摘要
本文结合自动编程零件加工过程中影响数控加工精准度的一些重要因素,从优化自动编程数控加工工艺方案、对刀时刀尖和工件回转中心误差防控、自动编程的数控加工精度误差控制、机床电气参数运行异常等方面探究提升自动编程的数控加工精度策略,以期更好地促进自动编程数控加工的发展。
Combining with some important factors that affect the precision of NC machining in the process of automatic programming parts, this paper probed into the improvement of self programming NC machining process scheme, tool tip and workpiece rotary center error prevention and control, automatic programming error control of NC machining precision and abnormal operation of machine tool parameters. The NC machining accuracy strategy of dynamic programming was to promote the development of automatic programming CNC machining.
