摘要
在我国现代经济技术不断发展的过程中,我国产品加工行业水平也有了进一步的提高。现代加工产业正处于转型阶段,机械加工过程中广泛使用机床。目前,数控加工机组属于现代机械加工产业的核心,模具是数控加工中的核心构件。所以,模具自身设计及质量与加工行业发展具有密切的联系。基于此,本文就数控铣加工模具零件工艺的优化设计进行分析,希望能够为相关工作者提供参考。
In the process of the continuous development of modern economic technology in China, the level of China's product processing industry has also been further improved. The modern processing industry is in the transformation stage, and machine tools are widely used in the machining process. CNC machining units are the core of the modern machining industry, and molds are the core components of CNC machining. Therefore, the design of the mold itself and the development of the quality and processing industry are closely related. Based on this, this paper analyzed the process optimization design of CNC milling die parts, and hoped to provide reference for related work.
