随着社会经济的快速发展和居民生活质量的不断提升,建筑业尤其是房地产业也实现了飞速发展,建筑工程质量的检测也得到重视。建筑工程检测质量是一项极其复杂又覆盖面较广的工作,受到诸多因素影响。本文从工程检测质量的重要性出发,分析了建筑工程检测质量的现状,总结了影响建筑工程检测质量的几大因素,并对其中存在不足提出改进建议,希望可以对相关工作人员有所帮助,为建筑工程检测的发展提供些许参考。

With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the living quality of the residents, the construction industry, especially the real estate industry, has also achieved rapid development. At the same time, the requirements for the quality of the building engineering are becoming more and more stringent, and the quality of the construction engineering is gradually paid attention to. The quality of construction inspection is a very complex and widely covered work, which is affected by many factors. Based on the importance of the quality of engineering inspection, this paper analyzed the present situation of the quality of construction engineering inspection, summarized several factors affecting the quality of construction engineering detection, and put forward some suggestions for improvement, hoping to help the relevant staff to provide some reference for the development of construction engineering.
