摘要 本文采用氢氧化铝(ATH)和聚磷酸铵(APP)复配阻燃剂填充氯丁橡胶(CR),研究ATH/APP不同配比及用量对CR复合材料燃烧性能、力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,CR的燃烧性能随着阻燃剂用量的增加而增加,加入等量的阻燃剂,当ATH/APP比例为3∶1时,复配阻燃剂燃烧性能最优;随着ATH/APP总用量的增加,CR拉伸强度和断裂伸长率降低,邵氏硬度增加。 The chloroprene rubber (CR) composites were prepared by the combination of aluminum hydroxide (ATH) and ammonium polyphosphate (APP). We investigated the effects of different ratios and dosages of ATH/APP on the combustion properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties of CR. The results showed that the combustion performance of CR increased with the increase of the amount of flame retardant, and when the same amount of flame retardant was added, the combustion performance of the compound was optimal with the ratio of 3:1. As the total amount of ATH/APP increased, the tensile strength and elongation at break of CR decrease, and the shore scleroscope hardness increased.
