摘要
本文对目前已有的玉米脂肪酸定量分析技术的优缺点进行综述,阐述利用太赫兹时域光谱技术对玉米中的脂肪酸含量进行定量分析的可行性,并对影响定量分析的主要因素进行探讨。
In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the currently corn fatty acids quantitative analyzing technologies were summarized. The feasibility of corn fatty acids quantitative analyzing based on terahertz time-do- main spectroscopy （THz-TDS） was analyzed, and the main factors affecting the quantitative analysis were discussed.
