摘要
利用诊断色素分析方法(DPA)对2016年6月、2016年9月和2017年1月东中国海高效液相色谱数据(HPLC)进行分析,叶绿素a浓度(Chla)范围在0.5~5mg·m-3内,回归得到不同区域(渤海、黄海和东海)、不同季节(冬季、夏季)和不同建模方法(随机拟合、顺序拟合和"留一法")的诊断色素权重参数,结果表明:渤海、黄海诊断色素权重参数差距不大,与东海有明显差异,在东中国海范围内,由于But色素含量较少,可以忽略其影响,使用其余6种色素对Chla浓度进行反演;东中国海诊断色素权重参数受季节影响较小;不同的回归方法对诊断色素权重参数影响很小。
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) data of the east China seas in June 2016, September 2016 and January 2017 were analyzed by diagnostic pigment analysis (DPA).Within 0.5 - 5mg· m^- 3 chlorophyll a concentration (Chla), the diagnostic pigment weight parameters of different regions (the Bohai Sea, the Yellow Sea and the Donghai Sea), seasons (winter and summer) and modeling methods (random fitting, order fitting and leave-one out method) were obtained by regression analysis. The results showed that the difference between the weight parameters of diagnostic pigments in Bohai and the Yellow Sea was small, and there was a significant difference from the East China Sea. In the East China Sea, the Chla concentration could be retrieved by the use of the other 6 pigments in the East China Sea. The weight parameters of the eastern China Sea were less affected by the seasons; The method had little effect on the weight parameters of diagnostic pigment.
