摘要
辽宁省重点输水二期工程新民市供水线路需要穿越沈山铁路下行线(桩号K70+014)。施工期间运行列车限速为45 km/h,根据现场情况,采用TP2000盾构机、土压力平衡法穿越铁路路基顶管施工技术,通过选定、控制施工过程中盾构参数及盾构姿态,顺利实施完成了供水线路穿越铁路的施工方案。
The water supply line of Xinmin City of the second phase project of the major water conveyance project in Liaoning Province will cross the K70+014 down line railway from shenyang to shanhaiguan. During the construction period, the limiting speed of the main line train is 45 km/h. Based on the field condition, the paper puts forward the technique of pipe jacking construction crossing the railway subgrade with the TP 2000 shield machine and the earth pressure balance method. Through determining and controlling the parameter of shield construction and posture during the construction process of the shield construction,the construction scheme of water supply line crossing the running railway is finished successfully.
