摘要
建立颜料黄83的高效液相色谱含量检测方法,考察一次性避光输液器中着色剂颜料黄83在三类性质各异的模拟溶剂中的溶出情况,旨在为在临床上选择避光输液器提供参考。
Develop the high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method of the content of pigment yellow 83. To explore the migration and dissolution of pigment yellow 83 from disposable light-proof infusion in three different solvent, as a reference for clinical choice of disposable light-proof infusion.
