摘要
小学全科教师的研究与实践是当前教师教育改革的热点话题。西方对小学全科教师的培养早已有之,我国为统筹城乡教育、变革教师教育体系、凸显未来基础教育发展的现实需求,近年来也在积极探索小学全科教师的培养路径。在全人教育理论视阈的关照下,小学全科教师是指从不同视角、多个维度去横向审视并对学生进行多元培养、多维评价以促进学生全面成长、整体发展的教师群体,其培养的应然路径是基于全人教育理论的课程建构、基于全人教育理论的教育逻辑以及全人教育理论的管理思路。
The research and practice of cultivation of comprehensive teachers in primary schools is a hot topicin teachers' education reform. China has been actively exploring the paths of training primary school teachers in re-cent years. In order to meet the need of coordinating urban and rural education, we should reform the teachers' edu-cation system and highlight the practical development of fundamental education in the future. Based on HolisticEducation Theory, the primary school comprehensive teachers refer to the teachers who examine the students fromdifferent perspectives and dimensions and carry out multi-dimensional training evaluation to promote the students' overall development. The proper paths of cultivation are emphasized on the curriculum construction based on Ho-listic Education Theory, which is the educational logic and management of the theory.
