摘要 农村全科教师的出现和发展,解决了农村小学教师专业分工过于精细的问题,推进了教师专业的全面发展和各学科教学的相互融合,为我国农村基础教育教师队伍输送了新鲜血液。当前实施农村全科教师培养模式,存在着教师教学素养不高和教师队伍不稳定的困境。未来农村全科教师的发展,需要进一步明确培养目标,强化政策扶持力度,借鉴中师培养模式和学习国外经验。 The emergence and development of rural comprehensive teachers has solved the problem of profes-sional teachers' division in rural primary school, which promotes the teachers' comprehensive development andthe mutual integration of various subjects and refreshes the group of the rural elementary education teachers. How-ever, there are still some other problems at present, such as the improvement of the teachers' literacy, the imple-mentation and training of rural comprehensive teachers due to its unstable predicament. So something must bedone in the future, such as further clarifying of training objectives of rural comprehensive teachers, strengtheningpolicy support, learning from the secondary teachers' training and foreign experience.
