腹腔镜手术结合酚磺乙胺水分离法对卵巢囊肿患者并发症的影响

The effect of laparoscopy combined with etamsylate water separation on the complications of patients with ovarian cysts

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术结合酚磺乙胺水分离法对卵巢囊肿患者并发症的影响。方法:选取2013年6月至2017年7月收治的200例卵巢囊肿患者,分为单镜组与结合组,每组100例,单镜组行单纯腹腔镜手术治疗,结合组在此基础上结合酚磺乙胺水分离法治疗。结果:结合组术中出血量、住院时间、月经恢复时间、并发症发生率低于单镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术时间及术后凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间、复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术结合酚磺乙胺水分离法治疗卵巢囊肿可有效减少手术创伤,降低术后并发症发生率,且并未增加患者凝血功能障碍及复发风险,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the effect of laparoscopy combined with etamsylate water separation on the complications of patients with ovarian cysts.Methods： A total of 200 patients with ovarian cysts were selected from Jun.2013 to Jul.2017.According to the treatment method,all patients were divided into single laparoscopy group and combined group（ 100 cases in each group）.Single laparoscopy group was treated with laparoscopy treatment.Combined group was treated with laparoscopy combined with etamsylate water separation.Results： The intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,menstrual recovery time,complication incidence of combined group were significantly less than those of single laparoscopy group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The operation time,postoperative prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,the recurrence rate of single laparoscopy group and combined group were basically similar,and there was no statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Laparoscopy combined with etamsylate water separation treatment can effectively reduce surgery trauma of patients with ovarian cyst.It is helpful in reducing the postoperative complications without increasing the risk of blood coagulation dysfunction and recurrence,thus is worth further clinical promotion.
