贵州瓮福集团磷酸分厂湿法磷酸生产设备腐蚀现状及对策研究

The Research of Corrosion Status and Countermeasures of the Equipments of the Wet-process Phosphoric Acid in the Phosphate Plant of Guizhou Wengfu Group

摘要 本文以贵州瓮福集团磷酸分厂湿法磷酸生产设备为研究对象,通过现场调研,工艺条件研究,故障树分析等方法,寻求影响腐蚀的主要因素,确定温度为76℃,浓度28%时为该厂磷酸腐蚀典型条件;通过电化学方法探究湿法磷酸腐蚀行为,最后提出该厂磷酸设备腐蚀防治相应的对策。 In this paper,the equipments of the wet-process phosphoric acid in phosphoric acid plant of Guizhou Wengfu Group are taken as the research object. The main factors influencing the corrosion are obtained from the field investigation,the analysis of process condition and fault tree. The typical temperature of phosphate corrosion in this plant is 76 ℃,the typical concentration is 28%. The electro-chemical method was used to detect the corrosion behavior,then the corresponding countermeasures and treatments for the corrosion prevention of the equipments were proposed.
