人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Total Knee Arthroplasty for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的对膝关节骨关节炎实施人工全膝关节置换术治疗的效果进行探讨。方法 2016年4月至2017年4月选取我院收治的68例膝关节骨关节炎患者进行分组比较。给予人工全膝关节置换术治疗者为观察组,给予保守方案治疗者为对照组,两组各34例患者,对两组患者的视觉模糊评分(VAS)、膝关节评分(AKS)评分及临床治疗总有效率展开讨论,评估方案的应用效果。结果治疗前,两组膝关节骨关节炎患者的VAS评分和AKS评分对比,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,对照组和观察组的各项评分均有所改善,且观察组的VAS评分和AKS评分较对照组相比更优,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率方面观察组为97.05%,对照组为76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎,可有效加快患者膝关节功能的恢复,疗效较为突出,且与常规保守治疗方案相比,在减轻患者疼痛程度方面也有积极的作用,故更值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 68 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital（2016.4~2017.4）were divided into groups.Give artificial total knee arthroplasty were set as the observation group,given conservative treatment were set as control group,34 patients in each group,two groups of patients with visual analogue scale（VAS）,knee score（AKS score）and clinical treatment efficiency are discussed,the application effect evaluation scheme.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score and AKS score between two groups of knee osteoarthritis patients,and there was no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the scores of the control group and the observation group were improved,and the observation group VAS score and AKS score compared to the control group better,significant difference（P〈0.05）.In addition,the total efficiency of treatment,patients in the control group were significantly lower,which was 97.05% in the observation group,the control group was 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical use of total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis of the knee,which can effectively accelerate the recovery of patients with knee function,the curative effect is more prominent,and compared with the conventional conservative treatment,also has a positive role in reducing pain,so it is more worthy of promotion.
