雷公藤多甙片辅助治疗慢性肾炎的可行性分析

Feasibility of Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets in the Treatment of Chronic Nephritis

目的探讨慢性肾炎患者应用雷公藤多甙片辅助治疗的可行性。方法选择2015年1月至2017年2月我院治疗的120例慢性肾炎患者为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=60)和试验组(n=60)。对照组应用厄贝沙坦与双嘧达莫治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用雷公藤多甙片辅助治疗,对两组患者临床疗效及治疗前、治疗后3个月24h尿蛋白定量及肾功能指标水平进行比较。结果试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平明显降低,内生肌酐清除率(CCr)明显升高,相较于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组24 h尿蛋白定量、SCr、BUN水平明显低于对照组,CCr明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾炎患者应用雷公藤多甙片辅助厄贝沙坦与双嘧达莫治疗的临床效果更加确切,能够有效改善患者肾功能。

Objective To explore the feasibility of chronic nephritis patients with Tripterygium wilfordii tablets treatment.Methods 120 patients with chronic nephritis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table：control group（n=60）,experimental group（n=60）.The control group were treated with irbesartan and dipyridamole treatment,experimental group were given adjuvant therapy with tripterygium glycosides tablets on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment,24 h urinary protein and renal function indexes were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The level of serum creatinine,bun（bun）and CCr were significantly decreased,and the clearance rate of endogenous creatinine（CCR）was significantly higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.The level of urinary protein in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the level of CCr in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of the tripterygium glycosides tablet in combination with the dipyridaben treatment is more accurate,and the renal function of the patient can be effectively improved.
