琥珀酸美托洛尔联合通心络胶囊对老年冠心病室性早搏的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Metroprolol Succinate Combined with Tongxinluo Capsule on Treatment of Aged Coronary Heart Disease with Premature Ventricular Contraction

目的探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔联合通心络胶囊对老年冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法将118例老年冠心病室性早搏患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各59例。两组均予以琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,观察组加用通心络胶囊。比较两组室性早搏改善状况,评估患者治疗前后胆固醇水平[总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)],血管内皮功能指标水平[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管性假血友病因子(v WF)]。结果 (1)观察组室性早搏改善状况优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗2个月后,两组胆固醇指标(TC、LDL-C、ox-LDL)和血管内皮功能指标(ET-1、v WF)水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组VEGF水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组变动幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊联合琥珀酸美托洛尔能降低患者胆固醇水平、改善其血管内皮功能,治疗老年冠心病室性早搏疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Metroprolol succinate combined with Tongxinluo capsule on treatment of aged coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contraction.Methods 118 cases of aged coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contraction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,59 cases in each group.The two groups were all given Metroprolol succinate,and the observation group was given Tongxinluo capsule.Compare the VPB improvement condition of the two groups,evaluate the cholesterol level（TC,LDL-C,ox-LDL）,vascular endothelial function index level（VEGF,ET-1,v WF）of the patients before and after treatment.Results（1） VPB improvement condition of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;（2） 2 months after treatment,cholesterol index（TC,LDL-C,ox-LDL）,vascular endothelial function index（VEGF,ET-1,v WF）level of the two groups were all declined（P〈0.05）,VEGF level of the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,the observation group had larger rangeability than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with Metroprolol succinate can reduce cholesterol level,improve vascular endothelial function,and has accurate curative effect on treatment of aged coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contraction
