乳腺囊实性病变的超声诊断及声像特点分析

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Breast Cystic Solid Lesions and Analysis of its Acoustic Characteristics

目的研究讨论乳腺囊实性病变超声诊断的价值,分析不同性质乳腺囊实性病变超声声像图特点。方法按相应研究标准选取100例乳腺囊实性病变患者作为研究对象,所有患者均经超声诊断,同时以病理诊断结果为依据,对超声诊断价值进行对比分析。结果以病理诊断结果为金标准,超声诊断确诊病例92例,符合率为92%。其中,超声检查诊断导管内乳头状瘤22例,漏诊3例,符合率达88%;囊内乳头状癌18例,漏诊2例,符合率90%;侵润性导管癌14例,漏诊1例,符合率达93.3%;分泌物潴留性囊肿12例,漏诊1例,符合率达92.3%;叶状肿瘤10例,漏诊1例,符合率达90.9%;黏液腺癌9例,无漏诊,符合率达100%;纤维腺癌7例,无漏诊,符合率达100%。结论超声诊断乳腺囊实性病变具有安全性高、操作简单、易反复检查等特点,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the value of ultrasonic diagnosis of breast cystic solid lesions,analysis of different characteristics of breast cyst solid lesions ultrasound sonographic features.Methods According to the research criteria,100 patients with breast cystic solid lesions were selected as the research object.All the patients were diagnosed by ultrasound.At the same time,the diagnostic value of ultrasound was analyzed based on the results of pathological diagnosis.Results With the pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,92 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound and the coincidence rate was 92%.Among them,ultrasound diagnosis of intraductal papilloma in 22 cases,missed diagnosis in 3 cases,the coincidence rate of 88%;cystic papillary carcinoma in 18 cases,missed diagnosis in 2 cases,90%;invasive ductal carcinoma in 14 cases,missed 1 The coincidence rate was 93.3%.In 12 cases of secretion retention cyst,one missed diagnosis,the coincidence rate reached 92.3%.There were 10 leaf tumor and 1 missed diagnosis,the coincidence rate reached 90.9%.There were 9 mucinous adenocarcinoma without any diagnosis,In line with the rate of 100%;fibroadenocarcinoma in 7 cases,no missed diagnosis,in line with the rate of 100%.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of breast cyst solid lesions with high safety,simple operation,easy to repeatedly check and other characteristics,it is worth clinical promotion.However,there are many types of solid cyst lesions in breast cysts.Different characteristics of solid cysts in different types of breast cysts have different characteristics of their sonographic features.In clinical practice,they should be carefully observed and mastered their own characteristics of ultrasonography in order to improve the diagnostic level and to provide timely,Effective treatment options.
