参芪麦味地黄汤加减联合西药治疗老年糖尿病的效果观察

Effect of Shenqi Maiweidihuang Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Senile

目的探讨老年糖尿病患者应用参芪麦味地黄汤加减联合西药治疗的临床效果。方法 2016年1月至2016年12月随机选取我院就诊的老年糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表原则将所有患者分为研究组和参照组,医护人员将参芪麦味地黄汤加减联合西药、单独西药分别用于两组患者临床治疗中,对比不同组别患者的临床疗效及血糖、血脂水平等指标。结果用药治疗后研究组甘油三酯(TG)、血总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖水平(FBG)和餐后2h血糖水平(PBG)数据均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组临床治疗总有效率为93.34%,参照组为46.67%,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组临床疗效更好。结论老年糖尿病患者应用中药参芪麦味地黄汤加减联合西药方案治疗,能够有效改善患者血脂水平、控制血糖水平,达到预期临床疗效,临床应用价值明显。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqi Maiweidihuang decoction combined with Western medicine in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty elderly patients with diabetes mellitus randomly selected from our hospital were selected as experimental samples（January 2016-December 2016）,and all patients were divided into study group and reference group according to the principle of random number table.Wei Di Huang Decoction combined with Western medicine,Western medicine alone were used for clinical treatment of two groups of patients,comparing different groups of patients with clinical efficacy and blood glucose,blood lipid levels and other indicators.Results The data of TG（triglyceride）,TC（total cholesterol）,FBG（fasting blood glucose level）and 2 h PBG（2 h postprandial blood glucose level）in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group（P〈0.05）after treatment.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.34% in the study group and 46.67% in the reference group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The clinical efficacy of the study group was better.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine Shenqi Maiweidihuang Decoction combined with Western medicine in senile patients with diabetes can effectively improve the level of blood lipids,control blood sugar level and achieve the expected clinical curative effect,and has obvious clinical value.
